Withdrawal Policy

The French version of these documents is the only legally binding version. Translations are provided for informational purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the French version shall prevail.

1. General principle

The user may request the withdrawal of their winnings at any time, subject to the conditions described below. Only winnings from won matches or tournaments on the Platform can be withdrawn. Deposited amounts are not directly withdrawable.

Commissions from the referral programme are first credited to a dedicated referral wallet. They must be transferred to the main wallet before they can be included in a withdrawal request.

2. Withdrawal conditions

  • Minimum amount: €5.
  • Payment method: withdrawals are made exclusively via PayPal.
  • PayPal address: the user must provide a valid PayPal email address in their profile before any withdrawal request.
  • Identity verification: BAYE Conception may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a first withdrawal or in case of suspicious behaviour.
  • Prior transfer of referral commissions: any transfer from the referral wallet to the main wallet is subject to the threshold conditions applicable in the referral area.

3. Withdrawal procedure

  1. Go to your Wallet from the Platform menu.
  2. Click "Request a withdrawal".
  3. Enter the desired amount (minimum €5).
  4. Confirm the request. The amount will be deducted from your winnings balance and marked as "pending".
  5. The BAYE Conception team reviews and validates the request.
  6. You receive the funds in your PayPal account.

4. Processing times

  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 working hours.
  • The time may be extended if identity verification is required or in case of a high volume of requests.
  • The time to receive funds on PayPal depends on PayPal and is beyond the control of BAYE Conception.

5. Withdrawal refusal

BAYE Conception reserves the right to refuse or suspend a withdrawal in the following cases:

  • Suspected fraud, cheating or result manipulation.
  • Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • Inability to verify the requester's identity.
  • Invalid or unverifiable PayPal email address.
  • Ongoing dispute related to the winnings concerned.

In the event of refusal, the user will be informed by email with the reason for the refusal.

6. Withdrawal cancellation

The user may cancel a withdrawal request as long as it has not yet been processed by the team. Once the withdrawal is validated and sent via PayPal, it can no longer be cancelled.

7. Fees

BAYE Conception does not charge any fees on withdrawals. However, PayPal may apply its own receiving fees. The user is responsible for checking the fees applied by PayPal.
